Welcome to the home of Sean Sharp’s Ed Tech Notes Blog. This blog focuses on educational technology, instructional design, new technology tools, and other random thoughts on this topic.
I work as a Research and Instructional Technologist for the University of Oregon, located in Eugene, Oregon. I have a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (less formally known as Virginia Tech), in Blacksburg, Virginia.
Most importantly, I live in Eugene with my wife Sara and our two-year old son, Jonah. Currently he loves trucks of all types. He’s also into music, singing and playing his ukelele. In addition to my family, I enjoy running, reading, playing the guitar, hiking, and baseball.
